ACCOMMODATION
We are pleased to offer special rates at a selection of hotels. We have block reservations at the Villa Hotel (www.hotelvillaist.com), where the workshop will be held and at Germir Palace (www.germirpalas.com). It is congress term in Istanbul and limited room reservation has been done, so room requests should be made well in advance of the workshop. Special rates can be obtained only by booking through Eventera by completing the registeration and hotel reservation form.
Eventera will operate on “first come – first served basis” with incoming hotel reservation requests. If a first choice hotel is fully booked, we will advise a similar hotel.
Any enquiries or requests for additional information, changes or cancellation of room reservations should be adressed to Ms Berna Yorulmaz, EVENTERA at bernayorulmaz@eventera.com.tr
If cancellations are made till 03 April 2006, hotel deposits will be refunded. After 03 April no refund will be made.
Germir Palace is within walking distance of the Conference Hotel.
You do not have to fill in two separate forms for accommodation and registration. For hotel reservation, please fill in the related part in the registration and accomodation form.

PAYMENT METHOD
Payments should be made at the time of registration, using the following methods :
Credit Cards : Master Card- Visa. These cards are accepted for all payment orders on the registration form. The Card number, the expiration date and security code should be stored in appropriate spaces on the form with a copy of both sides of your credit card and should be faxed to the attention of Ms Berna Yorulmaz, EVENTERA at + 90 216 467 82 49
