Fault Rupture and Structural Damage in Golcuk and in Ford Otosan Plant (click to enlarge)

It has been observed that almost all of the damage at the Ford Otosan Car Plant (under construction) is a result of the displacement caused by fault rupture and the displacement field in its immediate vicinity.
Following pictures show the fault rupture in the vicinity of the plant and the structural deformations/breaks in the body shop building.
